FloWorks Acquires SemiTorr

Vinson & Elkins advised FloWorks Holdings, LLC, a specialty flow control distribution platform backed by Clearlake Capital Group, L.P., in connection with its definitive purchase agreement to acquire Transom SemiTorr Holdings Corp., a specialty fluid handling systems and components distributor.
