Kinetik Holdings LP Announces $1 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Vinson & Elkins served as issuer’s counsel in connection with the private placement of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.875% sustainability-linked senior notes due 2030 by Kinetik Holdings LP, an indirect subsidiary of Kinetik Holdings Inc.

The offering closed on June 8, 2022.
