Goldman Sachs Asset Management Announces Agreement to Create Independent Renewable Power Company
Vinson & Elkins advised Goldman Sachs Renewable Power LLC, an investment vehicle launched by Goldman Sachs Asset Management in 2017, in a transaction to separate from the firm into a new, independent renewable energy company re-named MN8 Energy.
