Ricky’s practice focuses on advising companies on obtaining, protecting, licensing, and enforcing intellectual property rights, as well as on other technology-related legal matters. He has experience with IP licenses and services agreements, including inter-company agreements, and counsels clients on a variety of technology-focused topics, including cybersecurity, data privacy, website use policies and public company disclosure obligations. Ricky also represents clients in the context of strategic transactions, including joint ventures, venture capital and private equity investments, equity offerings and mergers & acquisitions.
