TAKKION Acquires Harvest Energy Services

Vinson & Elkins advised TAKKION TP&L Holdings LLC, a premier independent services provider supporting the energy transition, in its acquisition of Broomfield, CO-based Harvest Energy Services, LLC, an independent services provider of operations and maintenance solutions to the renewable energy industry.

The V&E team was led by Danielle Patterson, Yong Eoh and Dan Komarek, with assistance from Katherine Coric and Sebastian Devora. Other key team members included Tzvi Werzberger, Carter Olson, Cole Renicker, Sean Becker and Peter Goetschel.
