Stronghold Digital Mining, Inc. Prices Upsized $127 Million Initial Public Offering Background Image

Vinson & Elkins advised Stronghold Digital Mining, Inc., a vertically integrated Bitcoin mining company with an emphasis on environmentally beneficial operations, in its initial public offering of 7,690,400 shares of its Class A common stock at $19.00 per share, including the exercise in full by the underwriters of their over-allotment option.

The offering closed on October 22, 2021.
