A US private equity sponsor on its €3.17 billion carve-out acquisition of a global construction chemicals business from a German public company
Blackstone Infrastructure Partners, together with affiliates of Enagas, GIC, NPS and USS, in the acquisition of all Class A Shares of Tallgrass Energy
Borealis in its acquisition of NOVA Chemicals Corporation’s 50% ownership interest in Novealis Holdings, a joint venture between affiliates of Borealis and NOVA Chemicals
Takkion Holdings, a subsidiary of funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, in connection with the acquisition of a majority interest in Transportation Partners & Logistics, a leading provider of logistics, transportation, and supply chain management solutions serving renewable energy and industrial markets
