This session discusses changes in tax law under the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, specifically the newly expanded and extended tax credits and the book income AMT.

After completing this session, participants will be able to identify the energy and other investments eligible for new, expanded and/or extended tax credits, understand the mechanics of the new credit transfer and direct-payment rules, and determine applicability and impact of the new book income AMT on domestic- and foreign-parented groups.
