Trey Hebert

Trey is an associate in the Austin office of Vinson & Elkins, where his practice primarily focuses on patent litigation. He has worked on multiple ANDA matters representing generic pharmaceutical companies. He has also been involved in pharmaceutical patent litigation outside the Hatch-Waxman context as well as patent litigation in other industries, such as consumer products and electronic devices. Trey has handled cases in both federal and appellate courts.
