Tray Smith


Tray’s practice focuses on regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters involving the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. He assists midstream companies in compliance with FERC regulations and FERC proceedings, including certificate authorizations and rate proceedings. Tray also assists clients in negotiating agreements related to the production, gathering, transportation, and storage of natural gas and the purchase or sale of midstream assets.
