
Shamus M. Crosby


Shamus’ principal area of practice is corporate finance and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities offerings, and general corporate representation.
He works with a variety of public and private companies, as well as private equity investors and their portfolio companies, in connection with mergers, acquisitions and sale transactions. Shamus’ private equity practice includes representation of investors in a variety of investment structures, including line of equity transactions. He also has significant experience representing issuers and investors in joint venture transactions, preferred equity offerings and other structured financing and joint operating arrangements.
