I enjoy collaborating with my clients toward successful outcomes. My experience on both sides of the enforcement docket and as a final decision-maker on permitting matters helps clients find the best posture for resolving alleged violations and securing authorizations for their projects.

Project development and finance is largely an exercise in problem solving – every project faces its own unique set of extremely complex challenges. I’m really motivated by the development – and purchase and sale – of groundbreaking projects, whether it's a project to unlock the largest known lithium and boron deposit in North America, complex infrastructure or a cutting edge data center project.
