Randy practices in the areas of business and finance, concentrating on real estate transactions throughout the country. He has extensive experience representing investment funds, and individual and institutional investors, in forming joint ventures and acquiring, financing, developing, restructuring, selling, and leasing shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, industrial parks, and apartment complexes.

A private investment fund in connection with the $2.2 billion sale of its real estate portfolio, including 112 industrial buildings, 19 retail centers, eight multifamily properties, six hotels, and two office buildings across the U.S.
