Mark Churchman

Mark is a Senior Associate in the London M&A and Capital Markets group. His practice focusses on advising European and US private equity, infrastructure, and real estate sponsors and large corporates on a range of corporate law matters, including domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity transactions, joint ventures and general corporate and commercial advisory work. He has experience in a range of sectors including renewable energy, financial institutions, real estate and pharmaceuticals.
