
Louise Fischel-Bock


Louise is a counsel in the London Corporate practice who focuses on energy and infrastructure work, including project development and project finance, mergers and acquisitions, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts, and offtake agreements.
Louise has significant experience across the energy sector, including particular experience in the energy transition. She has represented clients in connection with projects involving renewable energy (including offshore wind), sustainable aviation fuel, low-carbon hydrogen, clean ammonia, carbon capture, and other emerging technologies, as well as conventional power and oil and gas.

This is the largest project financing in Turkey and involves the largest and most diverse group of ECAs for any multi-source financing in Turkey to date. The STAR project sets new benchmarks for project financings in Turkey in terms of amount and tenor of facilities.
