  • Acting on a number of ICC arbitrations in connection with the design and construction of a major maritime project in Central America

  • Represented the oil ministry of a Middle Eastern government in an UNCITRAL arbitration concerning a demurrage dispute

  • Represented the procurement arm of a major Indian energy supplier in relation to a power generating equipment and supply dispute

  • Advised an oil company with offshore assets in west coast Africa on a maritime boundary dispute
