He has experience working with domestic and international exploration and production companies, marine export terminal operators, financial investors, midstream developers, investment banks, private equity funds, and wealthy individuals on various transactions in the energy industry.

An oil and gas storage and transportation company in the development, engineering, construction and operation of a 2.6 Bcf/day natural gas pipeline from Nueces County, Texas to the U.S.-Mexico border
Bluewing Midstream LLC in connection with Energy Spectrum Partners initial equity commitment of $100 million to acquire and develop oil and gas terminalling and transportation assets
Mitsui & Co., Ltd. in its agreement with DuPont to purchase DuPont’s global Kocide and ManKocide copper fungicide assets
