Isabella’s principal area of practice is mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities offerings and general corporate representation. Her transactional experience includes advising Brazilian and international clients in complex, cross-border M&A deals and private equity investments. She has advised banks in financing and in complex debt-restructuring transactions. She has also represented issuers and underwriters in security offerings.

DigitalBridge and its portfolio companies on multiple digital infrastructure transactions, including the establishment of Scala Data Centers, a Latin American hyperscale data center platform headquartered in Brazil through the acquisition of assets from UOL Diveo and Algar, and the acquisition of Mundo, the owner and operator of fiber-to-the-home network and related infrastructure assets in Chile
Goldman Sachs on its equity investment on Elea Digital, an enterprise data center operator
Petrobras, a Brazilian state-owned company, on its $562 million sale of the Pasadena Refinery to Chevron
Funds managed by Ares Management in the acquisition and related financing of Atlas Crane Service, a full-service crane rental company that primarily serves the wind industry
The Rohatyn Group and other private equity funds on a U.S. dollar denominated senior secured term loan to the IT services provider Cimcorp for the acquisition of Resource group
The Bank of Nova Scotia, BNP Paribas, JPMorgan and Mizuho, as lenders, in connection with a $300 million Revolving Loan Facility and a $200 million Term Loan Facility to Raizen
The lenders on a $500 million export prepayment revolving credit facility and two $750 million export prepayment term loan facilities to Suzano
Scala Data Centers on the public offering and issuance of Brazilian Reais denominated local bonds (debentures) in the amount of R$1 billion (approx. US$200 million); the bonds were subscribed for by Bradesco, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Scotiabank and JP Morgan
