Francesca represents clients in a broad range of transactional real estate matters including leasing, development, ground leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions. She has developed particular experience in commercial leasing and a large part of her practice focuses on representing institutional and non-institutional landlords and tenants in office, retail, restaurant, and industrial leases throughout the United States. Francesca provides strategic guidance and counseling to each of her clients with an awareness and appreciation for balancing the client’s unique business objectives and risk allocation.
