Claire’s principal area of practice is corporate and securities law, including securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, investment management and general corporate representation. She advises private equity firms, their portfolio companies and a variety of public and private companies in connection with acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, exit transactions, fund formations and administration and general corporate matters. Claire has advised clients across a broad range of industries, including energy (upstream, midstream, oilfield services and renewable energy), consumer products and chemicals.
