Ben’s principal areas of practice are natural resources law and mergers and acquisitions law. His practice primarily involves the representation of clients engaged in oil and gas-related transactions, particularly those involving the purchase, sale, and financing of oil and gas properties. He also has extensive experience in the formation of partnerships and limited liability companies.
