Alexander’s practice focuses on domestic and international commercial lending and financial transactions, including syndicated, reserve-based, acquisition, structured/mezzanine, second lien and project financings, primarily in the energy space. He has worked on numerous financing transactions representing publicly and privately held corporate borrowers, commercial banks, alternative lenders, and private equity sponsors. Alexander’s energy industry focus includes numerous matters involving oil and gas exploration and production, midstream, oilfield services and storage, and transportation.
