Alan has extensive experience representing clients in a variety of transactional and corporate governance matters. His corporate finance practice includes representing public and private companies, investment banks, and private equity firms in connection with IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and registered and private offerings of debt and equity securities.
Alan advises public companies regarding securities law and stock exchange compliance, and corporate governance matters. He represents master limited partnerships (MLPs) and has significant experience across energy-related sectors, including clients engaged in upstream, midstream, downstream, oilfield service and power-related activities and technologies.
