Trident Energy Expands Growth Capabilities with New Investment from Quantum Energy Partners Background Image

Vinson & Elkins advised Tidewater Inc. in connection with a definitive agreement to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Swire Pacific Offshore Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of Swire Pacific Limited, for approximately $190 million, creating the industry’s largest fleet of OSVs.
