ioneer Signs Binding Lithium Offtake Agreements with Ford and Prime Planet Energy & Solutions
Vinson & Elkins advised ioneer Ltd, an emerging lithium–boron supplier, in a binding offtake supply agreement with Ford Motor Company.
Under the agreement, ioneer will supply Ford with lithium carbonate from its Rhyolite Ridge Lithium-Boron Project in Nevada.
Vinson & Elkins also advised ioneer in a binding lithium offtake agreement with Prime Planet Energy & Solutions, a joint venture battery company between Toyota Motor Corporation and Panasonic Corporation.
