Crescent Energy Announces $150 Million Private Placement of Additional 9.250% Senior Notes Due 2028
Vinson & Elkins served as issuer’s counsel in connection with the private placement of $150 million aggregate principal amount of 9.250% senior notes due 2028 by Crescent Energy Finance LLC (“Crescent”), an indirect subsidiary of Crescent Energy Company.
Crescent intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay a portion of the amounts outstanding under its revolving credit facility.
