Adirondack Solutions Joins StarRez with Acquisition by Vista
Vinson & Elkins advised StarRez and Vista Equity Partners (“Vista”) in a transaction whereby Adirondack Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of college student housing software, will join StarRez with an acquisition by Vista.
