Zach regularly advises public and private borrowers, agents, lenders and underwriters in project financings, acquisition and leveraged financings, asset-based credit facilities, reserve-based credit facilities, direct lending transactions, restructurings, tax equity financings and other complex financing transactions. Zach has extensive experience representing private equity sponsors and lenders in financing transactions involving energy and infrastructure assets, particularly in the renewable energy, power generation, transportation, LNG and oil and gas sectors.

Stonepeak in its approximately $3 billion acquisition of a 50% interest in the Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind project, which at 2.6 GW is expected to be the largest offshore wind project in the U.S. and one of the largest offshore wind projects globally upon completion (Proximo North America Offshore Wind Deal of the Year, 2024) (Project Finance International Americas Deal of the Year, 2024)
