Relying on my years of experience addressing unique labor and employment topics for employers in multi-state jurisdictions and across industry sectors, I enjoy helping clients navigate employment matters with a level of confidence that, not only are they acting in compliance with applicable law, but also in a practical and efficient manner from a business perspective.

I like to get my hands dirty and really learn my cases thoroughly. I try to understand how the situation in which the client finds itself could have happened. And I'm pretty good at creating a narrative so that laypeople who have no familiarity with a very complicated business or technology can understand the matter.

My passion is working with smart people who have good ideas in the tech space. I enjoy advising emerging companies with cool technology; I can see what they’re trying to accomplish and help them get there in the best way possible, whether it’s growing their business, raising money or ultimately selling their business. I understand what the client is asking for because I’ve also been the client.

I enjoy helping business decision makers think through the tough legal issues they face in their complex jobs so that they can focus on their many other demands.

My practice deals with some of the most cutting-edge antitrust issues in the world. My work requires that I advocate for clients in complex matters where the law is often unsettled. I enjoy that challenge and I'm always working to find creative solutions for the companies I represent.

I work with creative people, risk-takers. When their moonshots succeed, they draw antitrust attention. To counsel and advocate for them, I first have to learn about the ways in which they are changing whole industries – that’s fascinating to me.
