Reese’s principal area of practice is complex civil and criminal antitrust litigation, representing clients in class action antitrust cases, including multidistrict litigation. Reese represents clients in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, aerospace and defense, consumer goods and energy sectors in a wide range of antitrust matters, including criminal and civil litigation and merger and nonmerger antitrust investigations conducted by the Federal Trade Commission, United States Department of Justice, and state attorneys general. Reese assists companies in responding to Second Requests and Civil Investigative Demands and also counsels clients on compliance with the Sherman Act, Clayton Act, FTC Act, Robinson-Patman Act, resale price maintenance/minimum advertised price laws, and other pertinent antitrust laws.
Reese also advises on the full gamut of federal and state consumer protection compliance issues including advertising, endorsements, customer reviews, labeling, claim substantiation, subscriptions, TCPA, Made in the USA claims, and federal and state promotional pricing and sales regulations.
Reese maintains an active pro bono practice, both representing clients in affirmative asylum proceedings and defending clients in removal proceedings before Executive Office for Immigration Review immigration judges.

Defended two defendants in multidistrict litigation involving allegations that generic pharmaceutical manufacturers conspired to increase the price of generic pharmaceuticals in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act In re Generic Pharmaceuticals Antitrust Litigation
Defended healthcare executive, ultimately acquitted on all charges, in first-ever criminal no-poach trial and ongoing follow-on civil putative class action
