Randy’s principal area of practice is corporate finance and securities law, including private equity, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and general corporate representation. Randy works with private equity investors, their portfolio companies, and a variety of other public and private companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic investments. Randy’s capital markets experience includes the representation of issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings, as well as public and private offerings of equity and debt securities.
