Julie’s practice focuses on real estate and general business transactions, including the acquisition, financing, development, joint venture, operation, leasing, and disposition of real estate. She has experience drafting and negotiating complex purchase contracts, leases, licenses, loan agreements, and other contracts for private and public companies, and real estate investment groups. Julie has represented clients selling, purchasing, and investing in various energy assets, including generation projects, pipeline projects, oil and gas terminals, refineries, tank farms, and related real estate projects.

  • Oncor Electric Delivery Company in its approximately $400 million asset swap with Sharyland Utilities and Sharyland Distribution & Transmission Services

  • A real estate investment company in the $158,850,000 million acquisition consisting of four industrial buildings in Texas, Illinois, and Georgia

  • A midstream MLP in connection with its $1.5 billion syndicated secured senior credit facility

  • A real estate investment firm in a $142 million portfolio acquisition consisting of 18 buildings and approximately 16 acres of development land in the Atlanta, Georgia, and Miami, Florida areas

  • A real estate investment group in its leasing of a 300,000+ square foot Class A multi-tenant office building in Torrance, California
