Julie’s practice focuses on real estate and general business transactions, including the acquisition, financing, development, joint venture, operation, leasing, and disposition of real estate. She has experience drafting and negotiating complex purchase contracts, leases, licenses, loan agreements, and other contracts for private and public companies, and real estate investment groups. Julie has represented clients selling, purchasing, and investing in various energy assets, including generation projects, pipeline projects, oil and gas terminals, refineries, tank farms, and related real estate projects.
