  • Blackstone Infrastructure Partners in its $3.3 billion acquisition of a controlling interest in Tallgrass Energy and subsequent agreement to purchase all outstanding publicly-held shares

  • TPG Pace Energy Holdings, a Special Purpose Acquisition Company and affiliate of TPG, in the $2.66 billion acquisition of oil and gas assets from EnerVest

  • Milestone Apartments Real Estate Investment Trust in its $2.85 billion sale to Starwood Capital Group

  • Select Energy Services in its $1.3 billion merger with Rockwater Energy Solutions 

  • Southwest Airlines Co. in its $600 million investment grade offering of dual-tranche notes

  • TCFII Core in the $186 million sale of its portfolio company, Core Appalachia, to Diversified Gas & Oil

  • LSB Industries in the $364 million sale of its Climate Control Business to NIBE Industrier AB of Sweden 

  • BlueScope Steel in the $720 million acquisition of Cargill’s 50% share of North Star BlueScope Steel, taking BlueScope’s ownership of North Star to 100%

  • Pioneer Natural Resources Company in its $1.6 billion public offering of common stock 

  • Pioneer Natural Resources Company in its $1 billion investment grade offering of senior notes 

  • Clayton Williams Energy, Inc. in its sale of $150 million of common stock to funds managed by Ares Management
