Brent represents financial institutions, project sponsors, and developers in the financing, development and sale of utility-scale wind, solar, and battery energy storage projects with a focus on tax equity financings and tax credit transfers. He has served as the corporate deal-lead representing major financial institutions in more than $2.4 billion of tax equity financings for over 2.7 gigawatts of wind and solar power across North America.
