Anthony Paladino’s principal areas of practice are corporate transactions and securities laws. Anthony advises public and private companies, private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in domestic and cross-border corporate and financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, carveouts, venture capital and corporate governance matters.
