Vinson & Elkins Serves as Issuer’s Counsel in New York Mortgage Trust’s $25 Million Senior Notes Offering

Vinson and Elkins served as issuer’s counsel in connection with New York Mortgage Trust, Inc.’s registered direct offering of $25,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 9.875% senior unsecured notes due 2030.

The Notes were sold pursuant to a securities purchase agreement, dated as of August 22, 2025, by and among the Company and certain institutional investors.
