Vinson & Elkins advised Ridgewood Energy Corporation in the successful formation of Ridgewood Energy Oil & Gas Fund V, L.P.
The fund will invest in oil and gas exploration, development, and production in the Gulf of America with a focus on deepwater oil opportunities at the exploration or development stage.
