Vinson & Elkins Advises Energy Vault on $300 Million Preferred Equity Investment by Orion Infrastructure Capital

Vinson & Elkins represented Energy Vault, Inc. (“Energy Vault”), a global leader in grid-scale energy storage solutions, in the $300 million preferred equity investment by Orion Infrastructure Capital L.P. (“OIC”) into Energy Vault.

The investment launches “Asset Vault,” Energy Vault’s fully consolidated subsidiary dedicated to developing, building, owning and operating energy storage assets globally.
