Vinson & Elkins advised Mitsubishi Corporation (Americas) and Diamond Gas North America Corporation in a participation arrangement with Sempra, Total and Mitsui to participate in the development of a carbon dioxide capture, compression, pipeline transportation, injection and sequestration facility in Cameron Parish, Louisiana, for the sequestration of CO2 from the natural gas liquefication and export facility owned and operated by Cameron LNG, LLC.
