Vinson & Elkins advised Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in connection with an underwritten public offering of 16,843,600 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $2.50 per share.

In addition to the shares being sold in the underwritten public offering, Lexicon has agreed to sell 17,156,400 shares of its common stock to raise gross proceeds of approximately $42.9 million in a concurrent private placement at $2.50 per share. The offering and private placement closed on August 1, 2022.
