Holly Energy Partners, L.P. Announces Pricing of $400 Million of Senior Notes Due 2027 Background Image

Vinson & Elkins advised Holly Energy Partners, L.P. and Holly Energy Finance Corp. in connection with a $400 million aggregate principal amount of 6.375% senior notes due 2027 in a private placement conducted pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933.

The deal closed on April 8, 2022.
