Vinson & Elkins advised FLASH, the global leader in cloud parking software and mobility transformation, in the acquisition of Ballparc, a leading developer of event parking revenue control and enforcement systems.

The acquisition reinforces FLASH’s commitment to bringing parking asset owners and operators the tools to transform isolated parking assets into connected mobility hubs and participate in the emerging mobility marketplace.
