Before AI, data-center financing “was really a different game,” Eamon Nolan told Bloomberg. “You didn’t have these $30 billion campuses,” he said. “They were 20 megawatts here, 20 megawatts there. You just weren’t faced with this enormous capital-intensive structure.”
