Vinson & Elkins served as underwriters’ counsel in connection with a secondary offering of 12,993,603 shares of Archaea Energy Inc.’s Class A common stock, with all shares offered by an affiliate of Aria Renewable Energy Systems LLC, at a price to the public of $17.75 per share.

The offering closed on March 25, 2022.
