Rob Landicho to Moderate Panel at 37th ITA Annual Workshop

On Wednesday, June 11th, Rob Landicho will be moderating a panel discussion at the 37th Annual Institute for Transnational Arbitration Workshop and Annual Meeting in Houston. The panel is entitled “Innovation from the Perspective of Experts” and will cover the cutting-edge approaches to the preparation and presentation of expert evidence in international arbitration, advancements in substantive methods, methodological tools that can refine and enhance their work, and insights on how these innovations are influencing clarity and persuasiveness in expert evidence.
