Jason Halper to Speak at PLI’s 57th Annual Institute on Securities Regulation

On Wednesday, November 6, Jason Halper will speak at the Practising Law Institute’s 57th Annual Institute on Securities Regulation in New York. He’ll join the panel “Ethical Issues for Public Company Counseling,” being moderated by Jennifer A. Paradise, alongside co-panelists Maura Stanton and John Villa. They will explore key challenges attorneys face when advising public companies, including privilege and work product in shareholder disputes, conflicts of interest, and defining counsel’s role when representing corporate clients.
The Institute runs November 5–7 and convenes top securities practitioners, regulators, and academics to discuss the latest developments in securities law.
