We have always been a pioneer in the legal industry, it’s simply in our DNA as a firm, and taking the bold step in 1971 to be one of the first U.S. law firms to operate in London is something we are proud to have built with you.

During the last 50 years, our team in London has grown to comprise a full-service team of lawyers who work across a number of practice areas, and with nearly 700 colleagues around the firm, to serve as legal counsel all around the world. Our highly skilled partners and counsel support a diverse client base, from highly regarded financial sponsors to government entities, in their most complex and high-value legal matters, including everything from construction disputes in Latin America, to digital infrastructure investments all over Europe, investor-state arbitration involving the Middle East, and major infrastructure developments across Africa.
