Prentiss’ practice focuses on real estate and general business transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial leasing transactions. His experience includes representation of a wide variety of clients engaged in many types of real estate transactions, including the representation of real estate investment groups in their acquisition, development and leasing, and eventual disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant office and industrial buildings across the country.

  • A real estate joint venture in its leasing and disposition of a 600,000 square foot multi-building Class A industrial complex in Grand Prairie, Texas 
  • A real estate investment firm in its acquisition of office, industrial and development properties in Texas, California, Colorado, Georgia, North Carolina and Virginia, formation of joint ventures with various equity sources and financing with various institutional lenders 
  • CBRE Global Investors in its acquisition of Concourse Creative Campus, a 751,093 square foot office complex that consists of two eight-story buildings, one four-story building, and three parking structures in Atlanta, Georgia
  • A real estate investment firm in its $131 million acquisition of the 33-story, 844,000-square foot multi-tenant Class A office tower known as 2100 Ross in Dallas, Texas
  • Vinson & Elkins in the leasing of approximately 210,000 square feet in a building to be constructed by Hines in Houston, Texas
  • A real estate investment firm in its leasing of multiple industrial buildings across the country containing approximately 1,500,000 square feet, in the aggregate, to Wal-Mart

  • A real estate investment group its acquisition of Cambridge Corporate Center, a three-wing, multi-tenant office building located in the University area of Charlotte, North Carolina
  • A real estate investment group in its acquisition of the office building known as Marathon Oil Tower, a 41-story, 1.2 million-square-foot office tower located in the Galleria submarket of suburban Houston, Texas
  • Commonwealth Partners LLC, a private equity fund, in the $305 million acquisition of the office building known as 1888 Century Park East, a 20-story, 500,000-square-foot office tower located in the Century City submarket of Los Angeles, California
