Greg focuses his practice on representing issuers and underwriters in public and private securities offerings, representing public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, representing issuers and dealer managers in tender offers, advising public company clients on corporate governance, SEC compliance, activist investor defense and other corporate law matters, and representing parties in connection with the formation of real estate joint ventures. He also has represented clients in connection with public non-traded REITs completing a passive listing of common stock on the New York Stock Exchange and also internalizing management. Greg has represented clients in various industries, with a particular focus on property and mortgage real estate investment trusts (REITs) and other real estate-related, specialty finance and financial services companies.
