Vinay Prabhakar advises clients on the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, capital market transactions, derivatives, and structured products.
Prior to joining V&E, he was a Managing Director and Global Head of Tax at Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP)—now part of BlackRock—where he was responsible both for tax planning for GIP’s funds and associated entities and transaction tax structuring. He also previously worked in the New York office of another prominent law firm.
